Good system, minor improvements needed
This hotel management system is pretty good overall. The booking system is intuitive and easy to use, both for staff and guests. The website integration is seamless, which is a big plus. Reporting features are helpful, providing a clear picture of occupancy and revenue. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The user interface feels a bit dated and could benefit from a modern redesign. Also, the mobile app, while functional, is somewhat clunky and could be more user-friendly. A few more customization options would also be appreciated. Despite these minor drawbacks, it's a solid system and I'd recommend it.
