Good platform, minor improvements needed
This platform has a lot of potential. Setting up my store was relatively straightforward, and the interface is intuitive enough to navigate. I like the variety of features offered, especially the marketing tools. However, the customer support could be more responsive. I had a few questions that went unanswered for a while, which was frustrating. Also, the reporting features could be more detailed and user-friendly. A few tweaks here and there would make this a truly excellent platform. Overall, it's a good product, but not perfect.
